Beta Terms
Terms for the free JMR reader beta, 1 November–31 December 2026.
Back to the Beta applicationAbout JMR and the beta
JMR is an independent English-language football publication operated by Luca Bruno. For questions about the beta, write to info@jmr.news. JMR is not an official club, league or competition service.
JMR is available only to readers living outside Italy. You may request an invitation by providing an email address and your country of residence, then confirming that address. An application or confirmation does not guarantee admission. We decide whether to offer access and will notify you by email if you are admitted. The beta is free; we do not ask for a payment card or start a paid plan when you join.
The reader beta runs from 1 November 2026 until the end of 31 December 2026 (Europe/Zurich). You accept the displayed version of these terms when applying; access becomes available only if you are admitted. A separately invited private test may have an earlier, shorter access window. Your invitation states its exact window. Beta access ends at that window’s end; any separate access right is assessed independently.
Reports and email
We aim to publish original post-match reports for eligible fixtures. A fixture, kick-off time or report may change, be delayed or be unavailable because of editorial review, source quality, technical issues or publication rights. The fixture list on the site is a schedule, not a promise that every match will have a report. Published material is for personal reading. You may share a link, but you may not republish, sell, scrape or redistribute the reports or their underlying data at scale without permission.
The beta is a newsletter, so requesting an invitation includes a separate, explicit request to receive its report emails. You can stop those emails with the unsubscribe link. Stopping report email does not, by itself, cancel another access right or request deletion of your information. We may still send essential account or beta administration messages when needed to operate the service. A report-email choice is not permission for paid-access promotions or other marketing campaigns.
Your information and beta feedback
Luca Bruno operates JMR and handles privacy requests at info@jmr.news. We use application and delivery information to review access, send requested reports and respond to requests. Report-email consent remains separate from these terms. You may voluntarily send beta feedback through Contact or email; please avoid sensitive information.
Read the Privacy notice for details about the information we collect, service providers, locations, retention, analytics and your rights.
Changes and ending access
We may fix errors and change beta features or availability. We will explain a material change that affects participants. Material new terms require a new version and an appropriate acceptance step; an old acceptance must not silently authorize a different email purpose or a paid product. You may stop report email at any time and ask to leave the beta or make a data request at info@jmr.news. We may restrict access for abuse, security reasons or rights constraints, and will review an affected reader’s request through that address.
At the end of your beta window, beta-only access stops. No purchase or renewal starts automatically.
